We strive to lead the commercial refurbishment sector by meticulously planning and executing projects in a live environment with no disruption in day to day trading ensuring our clients customers are not forced to look elsewhere during the project.
Tom Mills
Owner/Director & Construction Manager
Tom started out brick laying in England and has worked in the construction industry for over 18 years. Tom decided to move to Perth WA in 2006 and while working with local builders he completed his Diploma of Building and Construction and successfully applied for his building practitioners registration.
Toms position at Riverslea Construction Services sees him working with clients, consultants and contractors on site during the construction phase of a project from site works through to completion.
Sam Woledge
Owner/Director & Project Manager
Sam Completed his building trade certificate in New Zealand and has worked in the residential and commercial construction industry for over 17 years. After working for his own small building company Sam made the move to Perth WA where he continued his career in the construction and civil sector.
Sam’s position at Riverslea Construction Services sees him working closely with clients, creating scopes, working through preliminary design ideas, liaising with consultants/architects and onto estimating the works. Sam also deals with local shires during the planning, heritage and building permit stages if needed and onto the construction stage.
