Refurbishments
Part of Riverslea Construction Services’ core business is the renovation and refurbishment of existing commercial properties in the Perth area. Mainly concentrating in the retail and hospitality sector, we have worked with a number of major national companies that look to maximise their existing property potential. We specialise in live environments, and are meticulous in our planning and communication to minimise disruption and impact on the operation of the business. Often carrying work out during afterhours, this allows our clients to carry out their normal business dealings whilst transforming their property.
Fitouts
Riverslea Construction Services has a strong relationship with a number of building designers that are at the forefront of the revitalisation of the Perth inner-city retail and hospitality sector. We work closely with designers from the initial concept stage to assist with design challenges and budget constraints. With our in-house joinery workshop and a fit-out team, we can have control of the entire project allowing us to complete projects ahead of schedule.
Heritage
Work
Riverslea Construction Services work closely with local shires and liaise with Heritage planners along with other consultants to streamline the Heritage planning approval process. We have a good understanding of what is required in Heritage style buildings due to our experience over many years of working in this industry.
Accommodation
Riverslea Construction Services have completed several refurbishments of Hotel/Motel accommodation sites in Perth and work closely with designers and architects to achieve a cost effective and timely project turn around. With a solid trade base of contractors and furniture suppliers across Australia we can provide furniture, fittings and all other refurbishment items needed for a new and updated accommodation room & en-suite look.
